Bruce Price was born Dec. 12, 1845 in Cumberland, MD . He studied at Princeton University and did an internship with Baltimore architects Niernsee & Neilson from 1864–68. Afterwords, he began his professional work in Baltimore with Ephraim Francis Baldwin and then opened an office in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where he practiced from 1873-1876.
